Jon Williams

Chef Jon Williams is a very well-rounded chef, who has training in charcuterie, pastry, as well as wine. Jon has worked in many top establishments from Niagara to Toronto, including as a sous chef at Top Chef Canada winner Carl Heinrich’s Richmond Station. Following that he travelled to London UK and gained Michelin experience at The Clove Club, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Hedone restaurant – all of which are recognized on the San Pellegrino list of the World’s Best Restaurants.
